What is a JustCashNow Loan?
A JustCashNow Loan is an advance of up to £500 repayable in 31 days.
How
much can I borrow?
Any amount from £100 to £500, subject to status.
What
are the charges?
You are charged £16 per £100 loaned (16%). Example: Loan amount: £200. Loan charge of £32. Total amount payable £232 in 31 days. 474.7% APR.
What
happens after I apply online?
Once you have completed the online application, you will be asked to print off a credit agreement, sign the credit agreement and fax it with supporting documentation to us. We will then process your application and contact you via e-mail or phone to confirm its acceptance.
How
is the loan paid to me?
The loan will be paid into your bank account within 3 working days. If you need the money the same day, we can arrange this for a small charge of £15 to cover the cost of immediate bank transfer (CHAPS). This charge will be deducted from the loan amount.
How
do I repay the loan?
We will take repayment of the loan directly from your bank account at the end of the 31 day loan period. We also allow you to settle the loan early if you so wish.
Can
the loan be extended?
Yes, the loan can be extended for a further 31 days. Interest will be charged at the same rate as above and will be collected directly from your bank account. We limit the number of extensions, since this product is intended to meet short-term loan requirements.
Who is JustCashNow?
JustCashNow and N&N Simple Financial Solutions are trading names of Cheque Exchange Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Provident Financial plc.
What should I do if I have a compliant?
In the event that you wish to make a complaint, please do so by phone, email, in person or in writing to the Customer Services Dept. at the CEL Head Office address. You will receive a prompt written acknowledgement and a copy of our compliants procedure. You may refer any unresolved complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
